Summer Sampler Series ~ Last Seam
It has been a busy few weeks here in my sewing space. Stitching, testing, stitching testing...with a bit of new designing worked in as well! We are getting closer and closer to the end of the Summer Sampler Series 2017 (only 2 weeks left!), and I've wrapped up the final testing of the assembly pattern. I thought I'd share a couple sneak peeks. Above is sewing the *last seam* on the quilt top. Always very celebratory! Below is sewing the final border.
This has been such a fun quilt to make, and I am absolutely in love with the medallion layout. I think it's official : it's my favorite Sampler to date.
I hope you will continue to stop by as I share my finished Summer Sampler Series quilt soon. I'm also working on another quilt-along for Fall, this time hosted on BERNINA's We All Sew blog. And finally, I have a new quilt in the works, featuring some upcoming fabric by Corinne Haig called Artichoke Garden. Stay tuned!
