Holiday Seasons and Looking Ahead
Yes, that is Christmas fabric. I know, Thanksgiving first, right? But I also know that we need to get started now if we want to enjoy our holiday decor during the actual holiday season.
Case in point...I did not finish my Halloween cross stitch in time this year. But there is always 2017!
The holiday fabric - Good Cheer in Coal from Juniper Berry by Basic Gray for Moda Fabrics - and Kona solid swatches at the top are part of a project I've been finalizing over the last week. Starting Monday, I will be hosting a month long holiday quilt along over at BERNINA's We All Sew. It's not a quilt, but a quilted table runner with four awesome, modern, holiday block patterns. (And hey, there is nothing stopping you from using those blocks in a quilt!) I'm so very excited to share! Until then...I'll be at my machine and computer if you need me. :)
