Fussy Love

I can’t believe we are 12 weeks into the Summer Sampler 2019 quilt along! I feel like I’ve learned SO much this year. This week’s block, Fussy Love by Justin Stafford of Keaton Quilts, teaches us all about fussy cutting. I know what you are thinking. “Faith, you did not fussy cut anything into your block.” Ok - I am sometimes a control freak and couldn’t introduce a new fabric into my quilt blocks. BUT Justin has amazing tips in his pattern related to fussy cutting and I’m saving those for a future quilt!

Whenever we are 12 blocks in, I instantly think of our original Summer Sampler Series quilt along which was only 12 blocks. Great memories!
