Dreamer by Carrie Bloomston

A few weeks ago, I stumbled upon some new fabric so bright and happy, so beautiful, that I knew it would be perfect for my next surprise-gift quilt. Designer Carrie Bloomston has such a talent for coming up with creative designs. I am in love with her new line Dreamer, for Windham Fabrics.

I love the painterly look, the incorporation of text into prints. The colors and designs of this fabric are so happy. Not to pick favorites...but these triangles are my favorite. :)

I couldn't wait to cut into the fabric. Just a bunch of scrappy squares, but I think they look awesome together. I worked in a few of Carrie's other prints that I had on hand as well.
